The location was great. I walked to the city center with ease. neil, the host, gave me many tips for local spots. i especially liked the tea and coffee available in the common kitchen. i found the common kitchen very helpful to make a quick cuppa, it was really useful.
the parking area behind the guest house filled up quickly. i had to find street parking, which took a little extra time.

My budget single room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. It included a sink and a fridge. the room size was good, and the bed was very comfortable. i was very pleased with the amenities.

the guest house provided free biscuits, sweets and water. i had netflix access on the tv, a nice addition. access to a microwave was available, it was upstairs.

the room was a nice size. the owner let us drop off our luggage a bit early. there was a coffee, tea, and cereal spot just outside our room, very homey.
Online, it said there was parking available, but that wasn't true. there was a very strong cigarette smell in the foyer as i walked in. It was off-putting!!! check-in was a challenge.
